Principle:
This machine uses centrifugal drying and heating and drying principle, using a motor through a belt drive, driven by drying drum to 470 RPM rotation speed, the drying of most of the water, and by means of the mounting on shell drying heating wire heating gas. Installed in the bottom of a rotary drum fan blade and air is forced through the electric wire box, let the heat flow continuous cycle of heating parts, so as to achieve rapid drying part. When dry parts after parking, the fair use of pedal braking device to stop the rapid drum rotation, in order to improve the production efficiency. |
